It seems to me that most of the details for their respective scenario are similar, if not the same, but in a different context. Micah and Ringos similarities are shown with their arrogance and formidable gun fighting skills. A difference I see between the two characters is that Ringo possessed an intellect that was otherwise unseen in the West among bandits and outlaws. Micah on the other hand wasnt generally seen as a smart member of the gang but his deceitfulness put him at an advantage comparable to Ringos intelligence. The other side sees an ill Doc Holliday and Arthur Morgan who coincidently share the same disease. Both of their stories end with their biggest rivals in healthy condition lose to a sub-par Doc and Arthur. (I wrote this on my phone so I couldnt type much more and typos are harder to spot.
